Property is centrally located in Zebbug, Malta- an optimal holiday base from where to explore all that the Island has to offer. The apartment consists of a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room with seating for 6 persons and aiconditioner, living room with a three and two seater leather sofa, a 32' LCD TV and DVD player, 3 bedrooms ( 2 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) with airconditioners, a possibilty of a 4th. bedroom with 2 make shift beds, bathroom, ensuite shower, and front/back balconies.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Weekly rates are valid for up to 4 persons. Property Rental Deposit Required: Deposit required is 30%of the total amount. Balance paid one week before arrival. Cancellation Policy: In the event you need to cancel your booking we'll be glad to refund all payments with respect to days covered by alternative bookings. We charge a security deposit of 200 Euros or equivalent against any damage which will be refunded before you leave the apartment in same currency providing everything is in order. Accommodation rates are subject to change without notice due to unexpected Government water and electricity surcharge increases. Air-conditioners (heating and cooling) are metered. |
